Then see if you can remove the diaper altogether. At least that's how you toilet train a cat (in theory, those cat toilet trainer things were too flimsy and caused our cats to fall into the toilet, thus making them never wanting to do that again). Or... maybe see if she'll poop ON a diaper instead of in a diaper (maybe the less mess on her butt will appeal to her). If so, then eventually move the diaper so it's in the toilet (don't flush it down of course). I don't know, just some sort of in-between thing to make the slow movement towards using the toilet instead of the diaper. Or you could see if she'll be brainwashed into believing that when she turns 4, she has to poop in the potty.
